3. Bot Logs and Support Data

Bot operation logs are retained for 7 days to assist with support inquiries and troubleshooting. These logs are used solely to investigate issues and provide support to users who contact us with a reference ID. After 7 days, logs are automatically purged.

4. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services operate on Telegram's platform and may use third-party services including Razorpay for payment processing and Gofile for hosting files that exceed Telegram's size limits. These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.
