1. Service Description
Botdunia provides Telegram-based automation tools and utilities, including but not limited to file extraction services through UnzipRobot. These services allow users to process compressed files and perform various automation tasks within Telegram.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Age Requirement
Our services are strictly for users aged 13 years or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly permit access by anyone under 13.
If we become aware, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that an account belongs to a user under 13, that account will be terminated immediately and permanently, any associated data will be deleted, and any remaining paid subscription time will be forfeited without refund. Misrepresenting your age to obtain access is itself a violation of these terms.
4. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use our services for:
- Uploading or processing illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
- Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to abuse, exploit, or overload our systems
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or evade a ban
5. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Content
We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward the use of our services to process illegal material. Any account found uploading, extracting, or distributing such content will be permanently banned for life on first offence, with no warning, no appeal, and no refund of any kind.
Where content involves the sexual exploitation of minors, or where we are otherwise required or permitted by law, we will preserve the relevant account records and report the matter to Telegram and to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. You are solely and fully responsible for every file you submit to our services and for any legal consequences arising from it.
6. Fair Usage Limits
Free users are subject to daily extraction limits, cooldown periods, and file count restrictions. Pro and VIP users receive higher limits as described in our pricing plans. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
7. Account Misuse, Bans, and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to exploit our services. This includes but is not limited to automated abuse, excessive resource consumption, or violation of usage limits.
Serious violations — including the prohibited content described above, underage use, chargeback fraud, and ban evasion — result in a permanent, lifetime ban. A lifetime ban applies to you as a person, not merely to a single account: any further account you create or use to access our services will also be terminated on discovery. Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.
8. Payment and Refunds
Payments for Pro and VIP plans are processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions provide instant access to premium features. Due to the digital nature of our service, all payments are final and refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
No refund, credit, or pro-rated repayment of any kind will be issued where an account is suspended or banned for violating these terms. Attempting to reverse a payment through a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will itself result in a permanent ban.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botdunia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these terms.
